The 2024 American Control Conference Organizing Committee is pleased to provide partial student support for traveling to the 2024 ACC in Toronto, Canada.
The following two conditions are required for qualification:
- The applicant must have been enrolled as a student at the 2024 ACC paper submission deadline (September 22, 2023).
- The applicant must be the presenter (in person) of a paper that has been accepted to the conference.
Application for student travel support must be made by the student by February 18 , 2024. Applicants will be notified in early March 2024. The support would potentially cover the registration fee and part of the stay at the conference hotel (Westin Harbour Castle). Details on the support coverage might vary and will be shared later. Applicants should not register for the conference until they have received a decision on their application, as the conference registration would be different for supported students. Applicants who are applying for a visa should email the General Chair (martha.grover@chbe.gatech.edu) for an invitation letter.
Please attach a brief letter from your advisor verifying that you 1) were a student at the time of the paper submission and 2) will be presenting at ACC in person, in the student travel support application form.
